Vanilla beans or pods are the source of true vanilla. It is interesting to look into all the possibilities and select the one you enjoy. There are a number of choices out there when it comes to vanilla flavoring. MAKE mine vanilla! That's my hands-down favorite flavor when it comes to eating ice cream.
